Joel:  Increase all stations of processing time, as Liz suggested. For large sections of tendon, or when looking at length with both tendon attachments, I process by hand and soak in paraffin changes over-night (oven). Unless you have a bone attachment, decalcification should be unnecessary.  Tendons are challenging. The smaller the tissue size, the easier to work with and to get thinner, better quality sections.
