Dear Jean,

If you don't need FDA approved technique you can try the new SISH Her-2 staining on Ventana Benchmark XT. It works great and is fully automatic. If you need FDA, you can use Pathvysion Her-2 from Vysis, but is a fluorescence technique and is fully manual.
