Cathy,
I would certainly go with the Leica model - their cryostats are very reliable, 
with smooth motion and easy adjustments and cleaning. I have cut frozens on a 
few other brands, and far preferred the Leica; the angle is simple to adjust, 
the temps are simple to read and set, and the decontamination procedure is very 
easy. Good luck!
