Can someone tell me where on the CAP website I can get a copy of the checklist to prepare for an inspection (for all departments, not just Histology...etc. Cytology, FISH, PCR).

You can access the checklist through www.cap.org under the Tab " Reference Resource and Publications"  If you log in you will get the checklist for your facility. You can also purchase checklist as well on this website.
