Thermo Scientific (Formally NeoMarkers) CD5 (Clone SP19):  Catalogue# RM-9119-S.  

Concentration of 1:75 diluted w/Dako diluent.  

Antigen Retrieval: PH6.0 Citrate Target Retrieval (DAKO) for 35 min. @ 99 degrees C, followed by a 20 min. room temp. cool down.

35 minute primary antibody application.

30 minute Envision+ polyclonal (DAKO) secondary antibody detection.

7 minute DAB+ (DAKO).

Counter-stain as you like.

Results on this antibody are excellent.
