[Histonet] Biopsy fixation

We did and still does next things:
1. Fixation in 10% NBF not less than 24 hours at RT
or at 37-40oC overnight (from 16 PM to 8 AM).
2. Rinse with tap water 15-20 mins at RT.
3. Keep in 70% isopropanol at RT before processing
as need long without any adverse effects.

We totally excluded ethanol as dhydratant.
