[Histonet] Chitosan in mounting media?

 Does anyone know of a aqueous mounting media that contains Chitosan ? I 
have a protocol for frozen sections that suggested 
   using Chitosan to coverslip the sections but they did not give the 
catalog 
   number or how it was made. Sigma sells it but there are many types, you 

   see my problem.
   Any help would be appreciated..
