Dear Jean,
I am very fond of Dako's M0854 and find I can use it at 1:400-1:500 when 
pepsin is used as a pretreatment proteolytic enzyme as compared to HIER 
pretreatment with a citrate buffer. 
CMV is run everyday in my lab.
