[Histonet] Embeeding frozen tissue in paraffin

I assume you mean the tissue was frozen without fixation, not that you want to put it into paraffin without fixation? No tissue will withstand paraffin processing without fixation. The best way to turn a frozen tissue into a paraffin embedded tissue is to drop the frozen tissue (either plain or in embedding medium, whichever is the case) into formalin while still frozen. Let it thaw and fix in the formalin, using a typical fixation time for a tissue that size, then just process and embed it as you would any tissue.
