Greetings all-
Thank you to everyone who sent me a copy of the CAP checklist.  I found a couple more standards I would love to get my hands on (you have to pay for them).  They are:
CLSI HS 1-A2
ISO 9001
ISO 15189
AABB-Quality System Essentials
 
I have learned a lot in my quest for all this info....what an undertaking!!
