Our client is a Connecticut-based clinical laboratory currently seeking a 
Laboratory Manager to oversee the operations of several departments within 
the Histology Lab. This individual will manage 50+ staff in a Lean 
environment, and be responsible for equipment, quality assurance, expense control, and 
managing the operating budget.

This professional must have a BS or BA degree with 4+ years related 
Histology experience including demonstrated success efficiencly running a high 
volume, Lean laboratory, strong management background and meet CLIA 
requirements.
