[Histonet] query regarding IHC slide

I'm using DAB chromogen from LabVision and counterstained with Harris Hematoxylin from Sigma .Then mounted using Cytoseal XYL from Richard-Allan Scientific.

Please tell us what chromogen stains and counterstains you are using, and the type of mounting medium for the coverslip.  This will help us try to answer your question.
