Hi all i want to ask a question about blocking in IHC I sometimes use 1% BSA + 2-10% goat serum blocking for goat-sourced secondary antibody I also tried only 10% goat serum blocking. it seems that the later method sometimes worked quite well, but i also observed some more background in recent days any comment is appreciated 2009-04-29 TF
