[Histonet] DiI staining

continued from previous question submitted 10.28...now found dye-I ...actually called Di I staining (DiI)...now looking for a protocol ...with good way to prevent bleeding into the tissue after injection and before cutting of sections...found a protocol from 1998...but, hoping for a better way..something more recent, perhaps.....Not assay!  ...for frozen sections mouse.
