[Histonet] IHC for Amyloid L

Laurie,

The "most" common cause in patients with aberrant light chain deposition
(i.e. Amyloid L) is multiple myeloma.

Staining with kappa and lambda should reveal the Amyloid L.

Does anyone know of a reference lab that does an IHC stain for Amyloid L
(amyloid light chain)?  I can find labs that do Amyloid A and Amyloid P,
but not Amyloid L.
