[Histonet] p57

We are using clone 57P06(KP10) from Thermo/Neomarkers/Labvision (I hope I
got all the names in there!). Like Glen, we use it with a citrate heat
antigen retrieval. It can be purchased as an IVD.
By the way Glen, don't forget to add Leica to the long list of names before
Novocastra!
