I deleted an email that was inquiring into a good IVD p57 antibody so I'll have to send this to everyone...sorry.

To whom it may concern, a good IVD p57 antibody is the mouse monoclonal from visionbiosystems/novocastra (cat# NCL-p57).  

I do it at a 1:150 dilution following HIER in pH 6.0 citrate target retieval.
