[Histonet] Air bubbles

This may sound kind of stupid, but I always thought it might be
because more mounting media was needed when coverslipping.  A lab down
the hall used the same protocol as ours and always had air bubbles
after a week.  They only used two drops of media for coverslipping,
but we use four to five.
