[Histonet] Biospecimen banking coordinator

I am currently investigating the creation and implementation of a "biospecimen bank" here at Hartford Hospital.  I would appreciate hearing from anyone already doing this regarding salary structure for a coordinator and a tissue collection specialist.  Thank you.
