I can tell you this: I did Moh's for about 4 years and I probably cut more frozens in that time than I have the rest of my career. We once worked on the same patient from 7am to almost midnight the same day. It can be a lot of cutting and waiting but it is very interesting especially if you get to screen the slides with the dermpath.
