We are getting a vibratome in our lab and I was wondering if anyone has a protocol for embedding fresh tissue of the mouse brain? I heard that you can embed the tissue in agrase, if so what percentage and is that all I need? Also, will a still be able to fix my tissue in formalin? Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.
