[Histonet] regarding quantum dots protocol

Hi Histonetters,
I tried to label BrdU and estrogen receptor antigen with qdots labeled
secondary antibody, but failed to get satisfactory result. I am interested
to know that is anyone using qdots protocol if so, please help me in sending
protocol.
