[Histonet] $ rate for immunos

Hi all, and a happy friday to you too!

This has been asked me by a friend and I wasn't sure how to answer, so
i am consulting th egreat Histo oracle.....
If one is doing contract work, how do you calculate what to charge for
doing immunos? per slide, per hour? (materials supplied by researcher,
so no charge there for consumables) If there is optimization
involved??
