[Histonet] zinc formalin

We will be doing some IHC to detect BrdU in rate bone and some soft
tissues.  Based on the recommendations from folks on the list, and from
reading through the archives, I have ordered the concentrated zinc
formalin from Anatech.  A question to clarify-- do you recommend using a
10% solution, as standard with regular NBF?  That is, dilute the 5X
concentrate to 1X, then dilute some to 10%?
