Hi everyone, it seems that I lost the PSA-NCAM staining when sections are treated with citrate buffer (poring the membrane?) Possibly the membrane was dissociated from membrane then>? or? For co-staining with BrdU, I can only treat sections with HCl - the results sometimes are unstable~~ Anyone worked on this before? 2008-12-04 tf
