[Histonet] Knife bevel for methacrylate sectioning?

The more acute the bevel then the greater the vibration (so a 40 degree
bevel ought to vibrate more than a 50 degree one). The more acute the
bevel the less the friction so, as in life, it is a compromise.

A compromise on the hardness of the material you are cutting with the
ease of cutting. Too acute and you get 'chatters', too obtuse and it's
harder to cut.
