[Histonet] pten

Hello Roxanne,
I use PTEN made in mouse  from NovoCastra (distributed by
VisionBioSystems in Norwell, MA)
It is an IVD.  I use tonsil as a control
and I pretreat with Dako's Target Retreival Solution in a steamer for
40 minutes
I use it at 1:75.
