Are you saying a histochemical stain for an organism (Helicobactor, AFB,
spirochetes, etc) must have a positive control with which I'd agree?
But are you saying that for "any" HC stain like elastic, trichrome, PAS,
alcian blue, etc that internal controls don't (cannot) even exist?
