Hi Melissa, We use the Abcam antibody #ab2481, goat polyclonal at 1:400 with EDTA pH8 retrieval.It works well on FFPE, we use tonsil for control. The % of positive cells will vary with different tonsils. We stain human tissue, and I believe I have stained mouse tissue with this Ab also. Jo Mauger
