[Histonet] Safety survey.

Dear Colleagues:
   
  I am conducting a survey about safety in the histology laboratory. Surprisingly enough the initial tabulation is showing that the histology environment is not as safe as we all thought it was.
  The more answers I get the better it will be to understand our safety characteristics.
