[Histonet] sectioning spleen

Sounds like your tissue is overdehydrated or
overprocessed.  Try reducing the time in alcohols and
maybe even in paraffin.  Reducing alcohol times seems
to alleviate over 90% of the "too dry and crunchy"
problems we see.
