[Histonet] Frozen sectioning of mouse mammary tissue

Liquid Nitrogen helps too!  The spray kind, not emersion. The OCT gets too cold and cracks before the tissue gets cold enough.

Meg,
Drop the temp down to -30. That usually helps. Spray the blade and the
anti-roll plate with cryo spray as well.
