Hi everyone, I'm wondering if anyone has ever used the McLetchie's trichrome stain (no Bouin's!)? How did it compare to Masson's/Gomori's? I'd like to show the stroma (preferrably reactive stroma) in mouse FFPE tumours. Thanks, Katy Milne Deeley Research Centre BC Cancer Agency
