[Histonet] predentine

I am trying to visualize the predentine layer in teeth. It is made up of a matrix of phosphoprotein and glycosaminoglycans (chondroitin-6-sulfate) and scattered type 1 collagen fibers. I've tried H&E with mixed results. Does someone know of stains that are specific to all three of these? I've read that alcain blue may work. Thanks!
