Hi everyone, A collegue of mine is trying to section frozen rat testicle (perfused and cryoprotected in sucrose) at -30°C. Is that a good temperature to use? The sections seem fragile and tend to break. They´re 10 microns thick. Or is it bad fixation? Thanks in advance for any help! Inga
