[Histonet] Stain for...

There is a stain protocol for pectin in Ruzin's book, Plant Microtechnique 
and Microscopy, page 152. The protocol indicates that it can be used for 
paraffin sections. There are also stains for lignin (I've done these) in 
the book as well. For cellulose try a PAS (Ruzin, page 148).
