[Histonet] PASH Staining in Rat Testes

Hi,
We have successfully been doing the PASH stain in rat testes for some 
time.  All of a sudden we cannot get our controls to stain positive.  
The controls are fixed in Modified Davidson's fixative.  We have made 
new solutions, checked the ph of the water, ordered new Schiff's, and 
used new rat control blocks.  We ran a positive colon control along with 
the testes control.  It stained very well.  Any thoughts on what might 
be the cause of our problem?
