[Histonet] c-fos staining

I will be carrying out c-fos straining, and according to the protocol I am
following, I need to preserve my tissue in a mixture of succrose and
Thermosol. Thermosol is a preservative, however, I can't seem to find it
anywhere (i.e sigma, fluka etc.) Is there another chemical/preservative
that I can use instead, or even another technique?
