[Histonet] Decal and Fixation of Bone Marrow Biopsies

We are trying to speed up the decal and fixation for our bone marrow biopsies.  Does anyone know of and use a good combination fixative/decal solution?  Any other suggestions are welcome.  We currently fix them for 4 hours in 10%NBF and Decal for 1:45min.
