   Yes,  if your patholgist will sign to testify that you have been doing
   histology  work  for  5  years  you  can grandfather in for a clinical
   laboratory  technician  license. The number of hours that NYS gives is
   7,200 clock hours of work prior to september 1, 2006. good luck!
