[Histonet] scotts blue recipe??

Hi guys,

What a good recipe for Scott's blue to do a H&E stain with Mayers
Hematoxylin on spinal cord frozen cut tissue?

there is conflicting info between the following 2 sites:

and

which have the same ingredients but opposite quantities!!!!
