[Histonet] virbratome sections and staining

I have recently started sectioning by vibratome and had some questions regarding staining, particularly H&E (hematoxylin and eosin).  After sectioning, I am plating the sections on glass slides and allowing the buffer to evaporate.  When reinserting the slides into buffer for H&E staining the sections fall off.  If anyone else has done this, what methods do you use to make sure you do not lose your sections.  Thanks.
