[Histonet] benzoyl peroxide mouse tibias

We don't dry our peroxide - that can be dangerous - instead we remove the 
water from the MMA/DP/BP mix by filtering through Calcium Chloride beads 
after dissolving the benzoyl peroxide in the methacrylate.  Also, we 
polymerize our mouse tibias in a 37 deg C radiant heat oven in a waterbath
