[Histonet] Melanin / melanocytes staining method tintorial or IHC

Dear Histoneters,

I have been asked to find out as much as possible about melanin and
melanocytes in human skin samples.

I would like to detect  and possibly quantify racial differences (i.e. skin
colour) between skin samples.

I know about a masson fontana, schmorl's and a DOPA Oxidase.

Does anybody know of any antibodies or other stains that will allow me to do
this.
