[Histonet] Fixative studies

Thanks to Barry for this wonderful list.

One reference, #4 Beckstead is actually about a formalin-free fixative, 
Zinc Tris Buffer  with paraffin embedded tissues when CD markers are 
compromised by formalin or PFA fixation.  Beckstead did this study for 
human CD markers in lymphomas.
