Bonnie and Rene, Rene is correct in saying that human tissue cannot be sold. However it can be licensed for a fee with the patients consent and IRB approval. I'm not sure about the pre-HIPAA tissue though. I work for a tissue repository and we have been licensing human tissue for years. Christie
