[Histonet] Shipping slides to customers

Hi Histonetters,

	I have a question for those of you who ship slides to customers; how do you ship them (cardboard mailers? plastic slide boxes?) and how do you charge your customers?  Do you charge them separately for the boxes and mailers or do you include that as part of the shipping fee?
