[Histonet] Integrated Diagnostics, Inc.

I recently uncovered some old literature from a company called
"Integrated Diagnostics, Inc." located in Baltimore, MD.  They
manufactured products for infectious disease detection.  Are they still
operating?  If not, does anyone know what happen to them?  Thank you.
