[Histonet] Counter stain

I routinely use 1% methyl green for 1 minute as a counterstain for
peroxidase methods, with both antibodies and lectins.  It does stain the
nucleus, but much less densely then hematoxylin does - just about darkly
enough to show where the nuclei are.  Peroxidase stains show up clearly
against it.
