[Histonet] ICAM-1

Dear Rachael,

Based on what I understand about this molecule ICAM-1 should be expressed on the sinusoidal endothelial cells
and perhaps the large veins and arteries as well. I would expect in a normal healthy mouse that the expression
would be negative/weak. In a mouse undergoing metastatic events or perhaps injury/toxicity to the liver you would
expect to see an increase in ICAM-1 expression in these endothelial cells.

I am sure a quick search on PubMed would give you just the information you are looking for.
Good luck!

Hello. Does anyone have information/pictures off the staining pattern of
ICAM-1 in adult mouse liver?

Thank you
Rachael
